Our surrounds

Located in Australia's oldest winemaking region, Broke Fordwich is known for some of the best boutique wineries as well as acclaimed fine dining, World Heritage listed wilderness and ancient indigenous rock art. Sustainable farming practices have developed a landscape of native bushland intermixed with olive groves, dairy farms, and vineyards that grow Hunter Valley traditional and emerging varieties.

Wine Trail

A perfect way to experience the area is to visit our award winning cellar doors where you will most likely meet the winemakers and their families. Dozens of wineries are found throughout the region, with the majority of cellar doors within 10 minutes drive from our front gate. Many offer cheese & antipasto platters as part of the tasting experience, or you can stay a while and enjoy lunch or dinner at a chosen few. Private tours and transfers are available on request. For all the details go to www.brokefordwichwinetrail.com.au
