In 2023/24, we proudly hosted over 100 retreats, including hens retreats, family reunions, pilates, breath work, yoga, fitness, psychology and mens retreats.

Nestled in the serene Hunter Valley, you can unwind in the hot tubs, embrace the ice bath, relax in the sauna, rejuvenate in the mineral pool, work out in our full-sized gym, and create lasting memories in our communal area. There's something special about the privacy of the whole estate that sleeps up to 35 across our 3 cabins and glamping tents. The beauty of your Glen Eden retreat is that you can tailor your retreat to suit your group size, budget and style by adopting DIY methods or bringing in the professionals.

2025 Retreat Booking Process

We are so grateful to our ongoing retreat hosts and your support. Glen Eden is continuing to evolve, refresh and accomodate your ideas and feedback. In 2024 we introduced air conditioning in the Station and all new lounges and wifi access in the cabins.

We are doing things a little differently for 2025. Our family has decided to do some travelling which is limiting our windows to host retreats (so there will be less available!)

2025 Retreat Dates will be open for booking on the 3rd June 2024.

Dates available will be all weekends in:

New to Running Retreats?

Don't worry, everyone is nervous when they start out- its just a sign hat this is important to you! Glen Eden's owner Sarah has run many retreats and is here to help with your retreat planning. In fact, she has developed a retreat planning workbook thats available to all hosts when they book a retreat

Inclusions

What’s included in a 2-night weekend Retreat:

STANDARD RETREAT

$4500+GST Includes the 3 cabins (sleeps up to 17 in 8 rooms) and exclusive use of the pool, hot tub+Sauna zone and the Station area.

GLAMPING ADD ONS

You can then add additional people in our gorgeous glamping tents. We have 6 tents which all accommodate 2-4 people. When you’ve booked the Estate, glamping can be added at $200pp+GST for the 2 nights. (or $400 for a private tent)

GLAMPING RETREAT

If you’re looking for your whole retreat to be a glamping vibe, you can book our 6 tents (sleeps up to 18) and The Station area for $4500 (not available when a standard retreat is booked)
