There's something special about the privacy of the whole estate that sleeps up to 35 across our 3 cabins and glamping tents. The beauty of your Glen Eden retreat is that you can tailor your retreat to suit your group size, budget and style by adopting DIY methods or bringing in the professionals.

Spend the weekend relaxing by the pool, indulging in one of our 3 cedar hot tubs, detoxing in our cedar barrel sauna and enjoying the stunning property and bush walks. Invite your guests to join you in The Station, a unique rustic farm shed converted into an event space, complete with full gym, undercover commercial kitchen, pizzas oven, amenities, tables, chairs, lounges and fireplace.

What’s included in a 2-night weekend Retreat:

STANDARD RETREAT

$4500 Includes the 3 cabins (sleeps up to 17 in 8 rooms) and exclusive use of the pool, 2 hot tubs at Station area.

Price Rise Effective 1st Jan 2024- 10% Increase, so secure your retreat before then!

 

GLAMPING ADD ONS

You can then add additional people in our gorgeous glamping tents. We have 6 tents which all accommodate 2-4 people. When you’ve booked the Estate, glamping can be added at $200pp for the 2 nights. (or $400 for a private tent)

GLAMPING RETREAT

If you’re looking for your whole retreat to be a glamping vibe, you can book our 6 tents (sleeps up to 18) and The Station area for $4500 (not available when a standard retreat is booked)

Please note the Station is available for use between 6am and 11pm, with a strict noise curfew at 10pm. (Should you wish to continue your celebrations after this time, we encourage you to head up to the cabins to do so).

Don't worry, everyone is nervous when they start out- its just a sign hat this is important to you! Glen Eden's owner Sarah has run many retreats and is here to help with your retreat planning. In fact, she has developed a retreat planning workbook thats available to all hosts when they book a retreat

Ready To Book?

Email us your requirements and we can help to book you in. We ask for a $500 non-refundable deposit to secure the dates, and then 50% due 6 months out from your retreat. The balance is then due 6 weeks before the retreat starts.

  • How many can a retreat accommodate?
    Across the 3 cabins we have 8 rooms that sleep up to 17.   • How does Catering work?
    We have full facilities in The Station for you to cook for yourselves and each cabin has a small kitchen. However, most hosts prefer to have the retreat catered so they can focus on the event and have all food provided. We have a preferred supplier, Feast Catering, who can cater a full weekend retreat from $250pp (min people required). This generally includes: Grazing Platter on Arrival Dinner Friday night Saturday morning breakfast Gourmet Picnic lunch (can be held at a local winery or on our grounds) Saturday night Dinner Sunday Breakfast You will be Introduced to Feast catering when you book and they can accommodate any dietary requirements.
  • How much do we charge guests and how much profit can we make?
    If you book the full Estate, the cost is $4500 for accommodation and use of the Station. This equates to $264pp. If you add catering on top, thats another potential $250pp, so $514pp for food and accommodation. You then need to budget for any additional experiences or extras you might add (eg: goody bags, merchandise, wine tasting etc). Most hosts charge between $999 and $1500 per person for a weekend retreat, making the profit anywhere from $8K- $17K per retreat for the host. Most hosts report making a profit of about 10K for a fully booked out retreat with lots of experiences.
  • Can I change dates once I book?
    Your deposit in non refundable or transferrable. Most hosts book their retreats 8-12months out, so its unlikely we can fill a date without this much notice.
