(There is some scope to change these configurations so don't hesitate to ask)
We have full facilities in The Station for you to cook for yourselves and each cabin has a small kitchen.
However, most hosts prefer to have the retreat catered so they can focus on the event and have all food provided.
We have a preferred supplier, Feast Catering, who can cater a full weekend retreat from $250pp (min people required).
This generally includes:
Grazing Platter on Arrival
Dinner Friday night
Saturday morning breakfast
Gourmet Picnic lunch (can be held at a local winery or on our grounds)
Saturday night Dinner
Sunday Breakfast
You will be Introduced to Feast catering when you book and they can accommodate any dietary requirements.
If you book the full Estate, the cost is $4500+GST for accommodation and use of the Station.
This equates to $264pp.
If you add catering on top, that's another potential $250pp, so $514pp for food and accommodation.
You then need to budget for any additional experiences or extras you might add (eg: goody bags, merchandise, wine tasting etc).
Most hosts charge between $999 and $1500 per person for a weekend retreat, making the profit anywhere from $8K- $17K per retreat for the host.
Most hosts report making a profit of about 10K for a fully booked out retreat with lots of experiences.
Your deposit in non refundable or transferrable. Most hosts book their retreats 8-12months out, so its unlikely we can fill a date without this much notice.
