After the huge success of our first Glen Eden Ultimate Girls Retreat in February, we’ve decided to go ahead with another one to capture the stunning Glen Eden in Winter.
The theme is "Winter Wellness" and is all about nurturing, unwinding and connecting to ourselves and each other.

Think cosy fireplaces, bubbling hot tubs, delicious red wine and cheese platters under the stars. Think foggy mornings with warm cups of tea or coffee, snuggled under a blanket with a beautiful book. Think warming up with bush walks and yoga activities, followed by winding down and connecting over mindfulness sessions, delicious locally grown produce, meals and products.

ITINERARY
We are keeping this itinerary under wraps for now... all you need to know is that we will commence Friday at 5pm and finish up Sunday at midday.
The weekend will involve a perfect balance of relaxing, indulging and learning.
We have invited a special guest speaker to this retreat, who will be taking us through some beautiful women's circles and mindfulness/psychology activities.
